How I built my foundation...

 Once I had my game plan in place I had to come up with my play book on what I would use to get to my goals.Now I was flat broke when I first started out, living paycheck to paycheck and I grew tired of never being able to get ahead. When I started looking for a way out I found many opportunities but they all required start up capital that I did not have a t that time. So I had to find other ways to raise the money to get something started because there was not enough leftover from my paychecks. I searched all over and tried   many different things and FAILED way more than I succeeded, but I learned many valuable lessons from all those failures.

   If you read my BLOG on my website at  roboaces.com   you will see that I was at rock bottom and built myself up and made poor choices  and lost it all and had to start all over from the beginning. So I will show you the methods that I used to get to where I am at and anyone can do it if I can. I can give you all the instructions and show you where to go but I cannot give you DESIRE! You have to have that burning desire inside you to want to change and make things better and enjoy a much better lifestyle. Well let's get to it: as I said yesterday the FIRST thing to do is set up your GAME PLAN, write out your goals so you know where you are headed. Now what you want to do is come up with a BRAND, and there are so many reasons you want to do this and it will pay off in the biggest way. When I first started out I did not have a BRAND and was not getting the results I wanted and did some research and realized what I was lacking. For example my brand is ROBOACE- it was a nickname that was given to me because no one could pronounce my last name and was altered a little.

 With that being said you DO NOT need to form a BRAND to be successful, some people do not want to promote themselves and just want to make money. That is fine and I will show you how to make money without a brand later. I am simply showing you what I learned and what has worked BEST for me.  

  I took this and ran with it and it pays off for me in many different areas. I attach this to everything I do in all areas of my life(Will get more in detail on this later). My BRAND is part of my name and people associate it with me and recognize me to that name. So come up with something that people can associate that brand to you, when you see an Apple with a bite out of it you instantly know the BRAND or the Golden Arches that make you hungry. Those are two of the most recognizable brands on the planet and they continue to make sure you know  that.  So focus on what you are trying to convey with you BRAND and the message you want to get across. If you are a fantastic cake maker and you want to start selling cakes you would want to use that, like BOB THE BAKER and build from there.

  You want people to think about you and what you do when they hear your name or see your logo and know what it stands for.So think about what you want to convey and work on a name from there, ask friends and family for help. They will be honest with you and help you come up with something solid. Once you have that established you want to start securing all the social media and links in that name you can, HAVE A BACKUP NAME!!!!!!!!!!! I did not get the first name I wanted because it was taken in a few spots so I went with my second choice.

      This is a free service and is very easy to use.
 
   I know that was a lot of work but it will be well worth it when you are ready to start selling or promoting your product or yourself. So now that you have all that locked in what you want to start doing now is building CONTENT! You want to focus on getting as much content as possible, now this does not mean flood each page with all kinds of useless stuff. If you workout a lot and you want to promote a workout program that you will be selling, you want to take pictures of you working out and eating healthy and showing that you enjoy and know about that lifestyle. Now you may not use all of the platforms right now that you signed up for but it is a great idea to get them all locked in, I did not use my Youtube channel before and have no personal videos on my page as of today. But moving forward I will be doing a lot of videos in different areas and I have that name associated with my brand locked in.

   I am sure you can see and understand the value in forming a BRAND and having that brand name locked in with all that you do. A fantastic example of how this all works is that you use your Blogger to start writing about what is it that you do and tell your story, you post some pictures that link to your Pinterest, Instagram or Facebook and people start to connect with you and you start building a fan base. You communicate with people that are interested in similar things and become known in that field and they start to look to you for advice and you are able to help them. This is just one example, there are so many different options and my goal is to get you thinking about what you want to do and get you MOTIVATED TO DO IT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Making new connections...

 Today I focused on making new connections ad this is important if you want your business to continue to grow. I am constantly trying to meet new people and looking for people who are interested in doing something different with their lives.I will talk to anyone and everyone I don't care if you are the janitor or the CEO of the company I will respect you and give you my time and attention. There are people that will look at some people and put them into a box and say something like "They do not look like they would be interested in what I am doing" . I cannot stand that philosophy, how do you know what they are going through and you are judging them just by how they look. I have talked to people that are pumping my gas and have turned out to be huge assets to me and helped me grow my business so my advice is to talk to EVERYBODY!  Also the quicker you get all the NO'S out of the way you are on your way to the YES'S!

  It is so hard for some people that I work with to go up and talk to a stranger or even talk to their own family and friends about what they are doing. This is seriously terrifying to many people and a huge problem in moving forward at work or in personal business ventures. I used to be very shy and had to work on overcoming that and some people might say now that I am to outgoing, HaHa. There are many different ways to work on this and continue to grow and get better at approaching people and speaking in public .    Until you are better at speaking to people in public there are other ways to make new connections and the way social media is set up now you really never would have to meet anyone in person if you did not want to. I feel it builds a stronger bond and a more personal touch when you meet in person, now I do have people  work with in my network that I have not met in person YET! They live in other states or countries and we have not had the chance to meet in person yet but we have developed a solid working and personal relationship  through email,social media and phone calls. Just to hear someones voice builds a better connection than reading emails or messages from Facebook. I reach out to people all the time just to check in and let them know I am here, even if they do not pick I leave a quick message. It is an easy thing to do and does not take long to let people know you care and are a real person.

  Earlier today I met with my girlfriend's best friend and explained to her what I do and showed her how easy it is to set up her own programs and start making an extra income. We met for over an hour and she was taking notes and I think I talked for an hour straight, I had said before I  tend to ramble.
 Especially when it is something I am passionate about I can go on and ON AND ON, there is no off button. She was taking notes and I had to slow down a little so she could catch up and get all the notes that she wanted. That is what I love to do and a few months from now when she is doing her own thing and has built a successful base and thanks me that puts the BIGGEST smile on my face. I just enjoy watching someone take the information that I share and using that to build what they want. That is a great joy to see someone build something from the bricks that you gave them and watch their life change directions  and gain financial freedom and be able to do whatever they want.

 For me helping someone else realize the potential that they have inside them that is going unused  and they can channel that into building their dreams, is just pure pleasure for me. I think most people would love to be able to help people if they could and feel great about it. So I encourage you to help someone else improve the quality of their life, I mean invest some time in another person and help them grow. You may have skills that you can teach or a business that you feel would really help someone so reach out to them. MAKE IT A GREAT DAY!!!!!!!!!

My HOME OFFICE kinda day...

 So today there was a good amount of stuff that  I wanted to get done for my business ventures, I am involved in many different things and always find new things that peak my interest. I will take a look at anything and give my feedback if someone wants to hear it and get approached all the time with new opportunities. I am involved in some networking groups on Facebook, Twitter, Instagram  , and LinkedIn and from all these sources there are no less then 15-20 requests a day to check out THE NEXT GREAT THING! The reason I bring this up today is another up and coming opportunity that was touted as the BEST NEW SYSTEM is calling it quits this month. I was approached by over a dozen people to get involved in "WAKE UP NOW" and when I first looked at it I was like okay, these seems like a good plan. But I did some research and things just did not add up and also the main business I promote has benefits that I was already receiving and did not see a benefit in joining WAKE UP NOW. Now those of you that are involved in MLM, Network Marketing know that when you reject some people that get offended. I have heard " What are you crazy? This is easy money", yes people close to me pitched this business to me and I turned them down.
   
   When you turn someone down and they have so much invested in that dream they feel such a rejection they take it personal and can affect your relationship. There were a few people that I was networking with and took such offense that I said NO to them that they deleted me as a friend on Facebook and stopped sending messages. That is definitely not the way to do it, you have to understand that not everything is for everybody. You cannot take it personal and understand that some people will not have the same vision as you  or are not interested in the product or service that you are offering. I used to take it personal when I would pitch an opportunity to a friend or family member and they would say NO! What, how can you say no? You are my friend, or cousin yeah I pitched everyone. It got to a point where they did not even want to hear what I was doing and I understand that now. I do not even pitch to family or friends, I let them ask me when they see that I am doing well. that was one hard thing for me to get in my head. DO NO TAKE IT PERSONAL!

  There are people contacting me now and letting me know that they are not doing that business anymore( Wake up Now) and they want to know what I am doing. I am not going to sit here and say I TOLD YOU SO!    That is not the way to handle that situation, you need to be understanding and explain to them that this happens sometimes and be there for them. Some people get blinded and have that tunnel vision and cannot see that they are about to be blindsided. I am not going to bad mouth another company or opportunity, I will however give my opinion from my own experience.I do feel for the people that lost their time and money that they invested in this business and the CEO ruined it all for them. I think what hurts more and is harder to recover from than the money and time lost is THE HOPES AND DREAMS that were crushed when they lost this opportunity. The plans they had for the future and what they were planning to do with the money they were going to make. Visions of a better life for their kids,husband,wife, loved ones and hope of more freedom. This makes it harder for them to trust someone that comes along with a new opportunity and I have run into people that are so jaded from experiences like this that they will never give something else a try. It is hard for these people to think something else can work for them and it is not easy for them to get that vision back. That is what I work on the most with people that have been through a negative situation like that, is getting YOUR WHY back into sight. WHY do you want to do something else, what is it for,kids,wife,husband,mom,dad,freedom,retirement, find out the why and focus on that.  I have been involved in over 30 different business plans that have marketed products and or services. I have seen it all and have settled on the ones that work for me and that I enjoy promoting.

 Believe me I know it is not easy out there and it seems like just about every day THE NEXT BIG THING comes out and it is going to change your life. All you have to do is drink this energy drink and get everyone you know to drink it and buy three cases a month and pay shipping, blah blah blah. Yes there are so many offers that are thrown my way it is overwhelming at times and I just have to take a step back and focus on what works for me and try to pass that knowledge on the best I can.   I will tell you that working for yourself is the way to go and for me the true path to success and happiness. I love setting my own schedule and deciding what I want to do and when I want to do it. The greatest part for me is being able to help people and improve their quality of life. I do not put all my eggs in one basket and rely fully on one source of income or type of business. I am involved in different things and continue to grow what I do and always on the look out for great opportunities, so if you feel like you have something good let me know. Got sent home today...

I had to give "THANKS" for all that I have today in a big way. There was a shortage of work at the warehouse today so they sent a bunch of us home as soon as we got there and we did not get paid for the day. The group that they sent home were all temporary employee's and some of them were quite upset and to understand losing one day of work at $10 and hour is a HUGE deal to a lot of people. that is the difference between making it through the next week or having to do with out. I do not think most people realize how hard it really is it out there, there seems to be a serious disconnect from the middle class and the poor. And the level of poor is where a large part of the country lives, the last census that was done  in 2013, says that  45.3 million people in the United States lived in poverty. The nation's official poverty rate was 14.5% in 2013 with a population of  318.9 million (2014). That is a crazy number 45.3 million people live in poverty, there needs to be more done to fix this.

  When these guys were upset about losing a whole day of work  today I completely understand where they are coming from. I have been there and relied on every single penny coming in and been to a point where there were  NO PENNIES coming in. That is when you get real creative with ways to get money together just to get something to eat. I have been homeless and lived on the street and know that it can take just losing that one day of pay to start trying to play catch up and fall behind and lose everything. It is so hard for some people to imagine that it can happen that easily and  I believe this world would be  such a better place if there was a way to close the gap between the classes. I know it is not easy to do as far as the difference in money goes, but if there was a better understanding foe how hard it is out there that might do something to trigger some more ideas or programs that can help people who lack the resources to move forward in this world. 

  One of the main business's that I am involved in costs $385 to start and then $110 in membership benefits each month.I know that most of the people I come into contact with at this warehouse are not able to afford that and I am not saying this in a bad way I am saying it because it is that hard to try to get ahead when you do not make enough money. There is not extra money to pursue opportunities that you may think can help you improve your quality of life. That is why I show people how to start from the bottom and build a solid base with stuff that I started all for free and generate money from that and use that for a larger business to make larger amounts of money.

 I come into contact with so many different types of people, as I had said before some people will be content working in that warehouse forever. The people who I am looking for are the people who want more out of life and know that there is a better quality of life out there. It does not matter if you are the guy sweeping the floor or the manager in the office, many of us yearn for a better quality of life and sometimes do not know how to achieve it. I have seen some people so blinded by what they have been told and shown their whole life that they truly feel that they do not deserve better and that is JUST CRAZY THINKING! We all deserve to be and achieve what we want in life and cannot let anything or anyone keep us from realizing our dreams.
   I wish there was a way for me to reach a much larger crowd and just get people to see that it does not have to be the way it is. I mean who really wants to get up at 3:30 am going to work for ten hours a day, be told when to eat, where to sit, what you can wear, when to talk, what days you can have off, what time you can leave, and probably the worst for me BE TOLD WHAT YOU ARE WORTH!  Here I will give you $10 an hour for your time away from your family, friends, things you like to do ,free time and you will also have to follow all these rules I lay down and if you don't I will fire you and you will not have a job. I could not handle this system and always thought I was worth more and continue to try to show everyone that they are worth more as well.
 Working for yourself is not for everyone you need to have discipline and confidence in yourself to get things done. These are things that can be taught to a certain degree, I can show you the discipline you need to build and grow your business and also how to build your confidence. but if your are not going to continue to work on this and continue to strive to be better it will not work. i have worked with people who ate up all that I said an started to apply these lessons in life and told me things were going well. But I would not here from them in a awhile and I would reach out to them and could tell when I made contact with them that there was a difference, I could hear it in their voice. THE CONFIDENCE WAS GONE! You need to continue to work on yourself and keep building yourself up. All the years that you went through with a lack of guidance and confidence cannot be repaired in a month, it takes time. Just like it takes time to build anything. SO GET STARTED NOW!
